查看更多相关案例>该课程项目要求学生修读六门课程并提交一篇论文。教学方式结合讲座与研讨课形式。学生须修读至少五门核心课程和一门选修课程，选修课可从核心课程列表或其他法学硕士（LLM）课程中选择，具体取决于课程安排与可用性。 核心课程包括：高级竞争法与社会、银行监管、气候变化法与治理、商业保险法、竞争创新与数字市场、公司治理、金融科技法与监管、知识产权法与市场、国际比较知识产权法、国际资本市场法、国际竞争法、国际破产法、国际投资法、国际并购控制、国际贸易法、担保融资法以及可持续金融法。 论文部分可选择撰写传统书面论文或参与合作研究项目，后者需与合作机构共同完成，且视名额情况而定。两种论文选项分别为“LLM论文”和“合作型LLM论文”。 此外，本项目提供多个双学位路径，合作院校包括印尼加查马达大学、德国莱普纳大学、法国巴黎第一大学及挪威卑尔根大学。 请注意，格拉斯哥大学保留对课程进行调整或终止的权利，具体以学生合同为准。
