English and Irish BA

该课程分为三年学习，每年包含核心模块与可选模块。2025/26学年的模块信息如下：

第一年
- 核心模块：Gaeilge 1（40学分）、Introduction to English Language（20学分）、English in Transition（20学分）、Issues in Contemporary Fiction: Gender, Race, Ecology（20学分）
- 可选模块：Celtic Mythology（20学分）

第二年
- 核心模块：Gaeilge 2（40学分）
- 可选模块包括：History of English、Enlightenment and its Discontents、Modernism and Modernity、Mapping the Anglo-Saxon World、Havoc and Rebellion、Shakespeare and Co、Irish Literature、Utopia/Dystopia、Gairmeacha le Gaeilge（实习）、Scannánaiocht na Gaeilge、Writing Contemporary Ireland、The Bible and Modern Fiction、Language and Power、Dickens and the Cult of Celebrity、Foundations for Speech Analysis、Modern American Fiction、Cearta an Duine agus Nualitríocht na Gaeilge、Scottish Gaelic Language 1、Romantic Poetry、Fiction and the Novel (1660–1820)、Inventing America、America's Aftermaths、Poetry from Britain and Ireland 等（均为20学分）

第三年
- 核心模块：Gaeilge 3（40学分）
- 可选模块包括：Double Dissertation English Literature（40学分）、Work-based Learning、Love Across the Divide、Restoration to Regency in Contemporary Fiction、An Miontráchtas（论文）、Contemporary Irish and Scottish Fiction、Special Topic in Creative Writing、Renaissance Performance、Special Topic in Irish Writing、Double Dissertation English Language（40学分）、Representing the Working Class、Irish Gothic、Speech Worlds、Contemporary Indian Literature、An Béal Beo、Language and Literature in the Gaelic World、Nuafhilíocht na Gaeilge、Gairmeacha le Gaeilge、Shakespeare’s History Plays、Scéal na hImirce、Televising the Victorians、Writing New York、Women's Writing 1680–1830、The Structure of English、Contemporary Poetry、Language in the Media、Shakespeare on Screen、Writing Africa、Marvels, Monsters and Miracles in Anglo-Saxon England 等（多为20或40学分）
