该双学位课程仅面向持有有效《港澳居民来往内地通行证》（回乡证）、非澳门籍、且在香港完成高中学业的香港学生。申请人须具备优秀的普通话和英语口语及书面能力。内地高考生须通过北京大学法学院申请，而合资格的香港学生须通过香港大学法学院申请。
语言要求
IELTS \| 要求在学术类雅思考试中取得总分6.5或更高的成绩，且必须为同一次考试的成绩。该考试必须在2026年9月1日之前的两年内参加。注意：雅思Indicator（家庭版）/ 雅思在线考试不被接受作为满足英语语言要求的成绩。

To complete the curriculum, a student shall pass in courses totalling at least 174 credits in value in the first two and a half years of study at HKU, and satisfy the curriculum requirements for the following two and a half years of study at PKU, which is equivalent to 126 credits in value at HKU.
